Steel frame on heavy base with leveling screws. Upper end rod 900mm length & 5mm dia. is clamped by 3-jaw chuck & the lower end is clamped into axis of torsional drum. 3 circular scales graduated can be clamped at any position. 3 pointers are provided. Complete with three other rods, String & 2 scale pans. Supplied without weights.
